Anchora Cora · prepaid calling

Cora waits on hold. You don't.

Cora calls programs on your behalf and asks the questions you'd ask — open beds, insurance accepted, cost, waitlist — then reports back with the answers written down. Give her up to ten programs and she works through them one at a time.

She'll also sit in the phone tree for any number — Medicare, Social Security, the VA, an insurer, a county office — press her way to a human, and ring your phone once someone picks up. You stop spending afternoons on hold, and spend them with patients instead.

An example call, sped up.

What Cora handles

The questions you always ask

Bed availability, whether they take MassHealth or Medicare, private-pay cost, waitlist length, admission criteria. Answers come back written down, with the transcript attached.

Ten programs, one pass

Pick up to ten from your directory and Cora calls each in turn, spaced out. You get one list of answers instead of an afternoon of redials.

Any phone tree, any hold queue

Give her any number at all. She navigates the menus, waits through the queue, and rings you only when there's a person on the line.

Never enter patient-identifying information. No names, dates of birth, or record numbers — anywhere, including the notes field. The agent is instructed to refuse them and every transcript is stored.

Test with your own number first.

Name only — no credentials or job title, the call adds "a social worker" already. Spell it how it should sound if the voice mispronounces it.

Standard mode asks this last. Custom-only mode asks only this question, with a brief clarification if needed. No patient details — no names, dates of birth, or record numbers. Questions containing them are rejected.
